Actress Allison Williams, from Girls, leads us step by step through the construction of the most daring sex scenes of a series that became the voice of a new generation. As for Actress Mia Kirshner, from The L Word, she analyses the path of her character who ends up embracing her homosexuality. Phoebe Waller Bridge, from the hilarious Fleabag, tells us how her heroine is a «bad feminist» who likes to masturbate watching porn while trying to understand how sexuality and death are tied for her. Lizzy Caplan, from Masters of Sex, explains to us the historical importance of her character, a scientist who started the sexual revolution in the late 60’s. Finally, in Transparent, actor Jeffrey Tambor describes how interpreting the role of a transgender woman, who explores her sexuality as a woman at age 70, changed his life. Sex and the Series, sheds light on our society’s desires and taboos, by liberating voices, that have never been heard before, around a subject that is in itself intimate and universal.
