Arnaud Tortel, sports coach and physiotherapist, has decided to delve into the mystery surrounding these extreme athletes. Thanks to a unique approach to the human body, he reveals the secrets of their exceptional physical strength. Raging oceans, vertiginous cliffs, impassable waterfalls, high-altitude mountains or hidden Paris rooftops: these athletes’ playgrounds are monumental and astonishing! In the heart of this untamed and sometimes hostile wilderness, they face up to the elements and also, above all, to themselves. During more intimate conversations, the athletes also reveal to us their «hidden side», their Achilles heel. They’ve managed to get over injuries, overcome fear… and live their dreams.
