Astrology ruled ancient societies, advising the powerful and setting the pace for daily life until the Renaissance. Then, after centuries of influence, it began to wane. Religion saw it as a competitor; science declared it irrational.

Despite strong critics, astrology survived in occult practices and even made a popular comeback at the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to horoscopes. Simple to draw up, based solely on the sun signs of the zodiac, these predictions found a home in newspapers, television, and radio. Many of us have been amazed by their accuracy or by astrological charts, which seem to precisely describe our life course or personality. They lead many people to think that yes, they could believe in astrology.

This film gathers insights from well-known international speakers, including renowned astrologer Rebecca Gordon, historian and CNRS researcher Victor Gysemberg, and astrophysicist Daniel Kunth, to explore the theories and methods behind astrological charts.
